Vera Famme is a partner at Lighthouse NINE Group in Toronto, where she Co-Leads the Change Management discipline. Vera specializes in Change Management, Training, Process Design, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Management.In 15 years of leading transformation initiatives in both the public and private sectors, Vera has been unwavering in her passion to build capacity within organizations. Her strength lies in her ability to collaborate with internal subject matter experts and to build frameworks and systems that are simple, adaptable, and allow teams to own the process and outcomes. She has successfully provided change management advisory services, process improvement and workflow design, staff and community engagement, and in-class and virtual training and facilitation.Vera has worked in municipal services including The Toronto Police Services and the Town of Midland, within the Federal government, with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, and in healthcare organizations including the Medical Pharmacy Group Limited and various community and acute care hospitals in southern Ontario.At Lighthouse NINE, Vera and her colleagues pride themselves in their ability to meet teams and individuals where they are, which allows us to build trust and help our clients develop solutions that fit their unique needs.
