Christi Scarrow leads the Insight and Customer Activation Discipline and provides clients with analytical support in the areas of Sales Force & Supply Chain Effectiveness, Employee Engagement, and Change Management. She draws on over 20 years of experience in market research, sales operations, forecasting, business analysis, as well as category and account management with firms including Revlon, Mars Canada, and Reckitt Benckiser.

Christi works with organizations to help them better understand their business and engagement drivers to accelerate growth or profitability.  Recently, her analysis has provided support for market sizing, trade spend effectiveness and employee/customer engagement.

For Christi, analytics is a means to achieving the desired change for clients, and she excels at turning multiple sources of data into meaningful, clear recommendations. She has supported retailers, manufacturers and professional services with sales data, market data and employee data.

Christi collaborates with her Lighthouse NINE colleagues to develop an in-depth fact driven understanding of the unique challenges and priorities of each client. She is known as an innovative problem solver who coaches clients to implement the processes, tools and skillsets that drive action and achieve lasting results.
