She draws on over 15 years’ experience in market research, sales operations, forecasting, business analysis, as well as category and account management with firms including Revlon, Mars Canada, and Reckitt Benckiser.
For Christi, analytics is a means to achieving breakthrough change for clients, and she excels at turning multiple sources of data into meaningful actionable recommendations. She has played an influential role in assortment planning, shelf optimization, pricing and in-store promotions in a variety of channels including retailers such as Loblaws, Costco, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, 7-11 and Walmart.
Christi has built a reputation as a category management strategist who is adept at using customer data to help a client build leadership in a particular product category. She offers planogram design capability and training and has also worked with consumer goods firms to develop more strategic trade spends.
