He spent fifteen years as an exploration geoscientist and technical leader in the global energy industry before transitioning into executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic People & Culture leadership. This combination allows him to work comfortably across technical, operational, and people-focused environments while helping leaders navigate complexity and change.
Over the past decade, Ben has served as a consultant, executive coach, Chief People Officer, HR Director, and Head of Leadership Development. He has worked with organizations ranging from founder-led businesses and non-profits to multinational corporations, financial institutions, technology companies, healthcare organizations, and energy firms across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East.
