Alison has deep experience in Performance Improvement, Organization Design, Change Management, and Customer Experience Effectiveness. With over 25 years of leadership experience, most recently at TELUS, Alison led a major transformation across 300 corporate retail stores. She built a strong ownership culture, rolled out new measurement, coaching and performance development programs, and helped drive real sales results.

Earlier in her career, Alison was a Management Consultant with Accenture, working with clients across multiple industries. It was here she sharpened her ability to assess client needs, uncover barriers to success, and design initiatives that help individuals and teams realize their full potential.
This dual lens as both a consultant and operations leader enables Alison to understand the challenges organizations face and offer realistic and actionable guidance. She is adept at translating the big-picture strategy into programs aligned from executive level to frontline operations. Alison is an integrator by nature.
