A founding Partner of Lighthouse NINE Group, Cindy McNichol heads the firm’s Culture & Engagement practice. She also serves clients in the areas of Change Management, Strategic Alignment, Leadership Development and Talent Management.
Cindy’s career has included leadership positions and consulting assignments in the US, UK, Mexico and Australia. In senior roles at Maritz Canada, Powercor Australia and TSN, Cindy developed strategies to connect resources with business priorities. At Lighthouse NINE in Toronto, Cindy has advised a wide range of clients, including PowerStream, Astellas, Yum! Brands Canada, Mother Parkers, Dome Productions, as well as numerous family-owned and operated businesses.
Cindy empowers organizations to move decisively toward positive change. An accomplished facilitator, she starts by listening to what is important to each client, understanding the context of their critical challenges. Cindy then designs and executes solutions that generate sustainable outcomes. Examples include aligning people, plans and processes with organizational strategy, inspiring teams to support each other to create a “one company feel,” and helping firms navigate post-merger integration.
