Farah has leveraged her education and work experience to facilitate organizational growth for leading-edge clients in San Francisco, Switzerland, UK, Canada wide including Manitoba, Vancouver, Ontario and Montreal.

Farah has spearheaded a global program of 36 initiatives that transcend divisions and across 6 countries while also driving effective decision-making. Achieved a reduction in the global drug filing from 26 weeks to 12 weeks with a team of 120 staff across the globe. Impact was millions of cost savings and getting drugs to patients faster.
