New Partner, Kimberly Rowan joins Lighthouse Nine Group on January 1st, 2020. Kim will co-lead the Culture and Engagement practice. She will also serve clients in the areas of Leadership Development & Coaching, High Performance Teams, Change Management, Organization Design, and Transformation.
Kim is an experienced HR Executive who has lead multi-disciplinary teams on a North American as well as a global scale. She has held executive HR and Communications leadership positions at LEO Pharma Inc., Cetero Research, Allied Research and worked in a variety of other industries including consumer packaged goods, building systems, financial services, engineering and legal.
With a strong track record of working with executives to build aligned and purpose-driven cultures and teams, Kim has a strategic and creative mindset that models and invokes a sense of passion and commitment to drive personal and organizational success.
