Drew Munro heads the firm’s Growth & Brands Development practice. He also serves clients in the areas of Change Management, Strategy and Alignment, Sales Force Effectiveness and Accountability and High Performing Teams.
Drew’s career has included leadership positions in the US, UK, Europe and Australasia. In senior roles at Beam Suntory, Grupo Modelo and Molson Coors, Drew developed strategies and operations to lead 6 consecutive businesses from decline back to growth. With a background in Brands Marketing (Client and Agency), he grew into increasingly senior Commercial and multi-geography roles, having served as a General Manager, VP and President.
Drew has worked in 36 countries, has delivered four SAP ERP projects, been involved in seventeen corporate/company restructures, six acquisitions, four divestitures. He has worked in direct to consumer, business to business, 2 and 3 tier business models and as a brand owner, distributor and joint venture partner with global, regional and local customer partners.
Drew embraces the challenge of transforming organizations and challenging conventional thinking to create diverse teams focused on delivering results.
